Y T LI as a Chartered Construction Manager, Building Engineer and Building Surveyor. Y T LI has been with BSc Building Surveying in UK since 2004. He has sufficient knowledge and experience in the building survey, design feasibility, project planning, building upgrading works and budget control. He has seasoned, hands-on experience in the project management.

Thomas Cheng as a Building Surveyor with more than two decades of professional experience, he is an expert in building planning and regulations. As consult of UKBUILDHK firm-wide project services, he has helped develop building survey standards, project protocols, technology initiatives, new project delivery models and rigorous quality assurance methods.

Charles Fung as a Projects Manager specialises in different scopes of work and field. He range from Addition and Alteration to a Residence to Multi-Unit Apartments, Houses, Commercial and Retail. With Charles’s personal attributes, construction knowledge and management skills, he specialises in renovation and multi-unit residential projects.
